This Seminar & Workshop was designed to create an opportunity for high-potential youth to work together with experienced leaders in society and industry to find simple, tangible and high-impact solutions to some key challenges faced in Ghana.
Participants of the workshop were carefully selected to help create mentorship opportunities for those seeking to mentor and to be mentored.
The participants were equipped with the M E A and HURAV models to facilitate the holding of constructive, creative and productive discussions towards finding solutions to the challenges as perceived and presented. The program was facilitated in the HURAV way to make it very interactive, collaborative and creative.
The interactive and collaborative nature of the workshop was highly appreciated by both the panelists and participants. This was strongly evidenced in the feedback received.
